The forecast for today called for rain and a few thunderstorms; it came in the morning and mid afternoon with a vengeance! With a break in between showers, we took a walk around the Flying Flags RV Park and Campground to check out the facilities and campground areas.

You don’t have to own a RV to stay here; they have an area for tent camping and basic trailer camping with no hook-ups. You can also rent a cottage, cabin or an Airstream trailer for your stay in Buellton.

We walked out to the tent and trailer camping area and came across these very cute vintage trailers. These belong to a group of women from Sisters on the Fly; a club offering empowerment and sisterhood through exceptional outdoor adventures. How cool is that?
