The check-out time for Ohana is at 12:00 PM. We still have time for breakfast before heading out to the Airport for our afternoon flight back to SFO.
We decide to go for a breakfast buffet at Duke’s on the beach at the Outrigger Waikiki.
Duke’s Waikiki

Honolulu, HI 96815
The cost for the breakfast buffet is $14.95 per person. It’s a huge spread! They offer the following: Made to order omelets, Eggs Benedict, Scrambled eggs, Pancakes, French toast and waffles, Bacon & pork link sausages, Portuguese sausages, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, bread pudding, breakfast breads, bagels, muffins cereals and fresh fruit and a variety of fruit juices.
I get out of hand when it comes to buffets, I can eat a lot, so I have to pace myself in order to try everything. It was all good!
We got a fantastic view of the beach and beyond from our table. This is a wonderful way to end our vacation!
We arrive at the Airport with plenty of time to return the rental car and catch the shuttle to the main terminal. The check-in kiosks are very convenient to use; there are no lines!
We’re all hungry when we get into the van for the drive back home from SFO. We decide to stop for a late dinner at Daimo’s in Richmond.

Everyone picks an item from the menu; we have Plain Congee, Tomato Beef Noodles, Stir Fried Pea Sprouts and Salt & Pepper Tofu. It was all delicious!
We arrive back home a little after midnight. It’s 32 degrees here; what a difference 12 hours make-It was in the mid 70’s in Hawaii!
We had a great time in Oahu and it was nice to be able to spend time with our sons. That’s the best holiday gift ever!
